A notarized affidavit signed by a notary public confirming identity, residence and work status and declaration of all loans.

Letter from employer confirming salary, retirement age and contract of employment

Certified copy of latest payslip

Work permit (where applicable)

Residence permit (where applicable)

A local address to serve documents

Credit reference report.

Special Power of Attorney for person signing the documents on behalf of applicant and their Know Your Customer (ID and proof of residence) documents.

Certified copy of Passport

Certified proof of residence in the diaspora (3 months old or less)

An active NBS account.

Bank Stamped six months’ bank statements through which salary is paid

Declaration of other loans (bank or employer)

Fully completed form.
